1.2 Acceptance of goods or services delivered by Sakas Delivery Company constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, unless the customer immediately objects in writing.

1.3 Any deviations or additional agreements, especially those made with representatives of Sakas Delivery Company, are binding only if confirmed in writing.

1.4 Conflicting customer terms and conditions will not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by Sakas Delivery Company.

1.5 Commercial clause interpretations shall follow the latest applicable Incoterms.

2. Offer and Acceptance

All offers by Sakas Delivery Company are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is accepted once confirmed in writing or upon the delivery of goods or services.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as agreed upon. Sakas Delivery Company reserves the right to request advance payments or deposits prior to processing any order. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in service disruption or penalties.

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Both parties shall treat all exchanged confidential information with strict confidentiality. Intellectual property rights associated with goods or services remain with their rightful owners and must be respected.

5. Termination and Cancellation

The delivery agreement may be terminated by either party in cases such as breach of contract or non-payment. All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Sakas Delivery Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for valid reasons.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring their availability for delivery. They must protect any credentials or access points needed to complete services.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Sakas Delivery Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by external factors such as natural disasters, system failures, or third-party issues. Customers agree to indemnify Sakas Delivery Company for any claims resulting from misuse or breach of these terms.

8. Amendments

Sakas Delivery Company may update these terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
